How we use AI

We never use your data, or your customers', to train AI models.

Max, Site Walk, the writing helper and the photo reads run on Anthropic's Claude, and Anthropic's business terms don't let them train on what we send.

Max gets things ready, like a job note, a status change or a time on your timesheet, and shows you exactly what will change. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm.

Drafts from Site Walk and the writing helper are only drafts. You read them before anything goes to a customer.

Every call starts like this: "Hi, you've reached Bright Spark Electrical. Just so you know, this call is recorded. I'm Hannah, the virtual receptionist. How can I help?"

If a caller asks whether she's a real person, she tells them she's an AI. She only books the quick jobs you've picked, inside your hours. Everything else becomes a message for you.

We delete call recordings after 90 days and full transcripts after a year. The short summary stays with the job, like any other job note.

The voice service keeps each call for 14 days, just long enough for us to copy it across.

Snap a licence card, an appliance or a switchboard plate and AI reads the details off the photo to fill in the form.

It's a starting point, not the final word: you check what it read, and fix anything it got wrong, before you save.

Settings, Delete my account removes your login and any business you're the only owner of, with its records and files. You can export your data first.

Backup copies roll over and drop off on their own. Save your certificates and SWMS before you go: the law says you have to keep them.
